On 08/15, I drove over 400 miles from Missouri to buy a 2016 MB S63. I made a deal to have the car shipped to me. I signed paperwork, and was told by Rashard Grant that all documents would be in glove comp 2016 MB S63. I made a deal to have the car shipped to me. I signed paperwork, and was told by Rashard Grant that all documents would be in glove compartment when the car arrived. Omar Hamed was the salesperson. The next Monday, I called and asked if the car had been shipped. Omar said the transport truck was there, and they were preparing to ship it, and he would let me know when it would arrive...he never let me know. I called back the next day, and Omar again said the car was being shipped, and he would let me know when...he didn't. I sent a text message, and he did not reply back. I was frustrated. I called Wednesday, left a message on Rashard's voice mail...he never replied back. Thursday, I called and asked to speak with the GM, who would not speak to me, and instead had Omar talk to me. Omar, again gave me the run around. On 08/21 I talked to Jackson Struebing, who fessed up, and said the car was still at the dealership. He said their was an issue with getting a transporter due to covid, which is understandable. He also said the car would get shipped Monday. The car arrived on Monday evening...with no paperwork in the glove compartment. So, today is September 12, I have temp Wisconsin tags, my car is not registered, and I have no paperwork proving the car is mine. It has been a very frustrating process. Instead of Omar's continued lies about the car being shipped, I would have been satisfied with a straight answer. Instead of Rashard's and Malik Hussain not wanting to speak to me, just live up to Lexus's obligation of satisfaction to it's cutomers. The mail just arrived, and still no documents saying I am the owner. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
