John cancelled my appointment twice and eventually moved it to the day he left the company permanently (he left one hour before the appointment). It turned out to be that Peter Arnett voluntarily took over my case but had to start over the investigation on the vehicle issue. Giving one star to a person who has left may not be fair to Lexus of Milwaukee...so I may update my review any time in the future. More

We originally came to test drive a Lexus UX and then came back a second My wife and I had a very good experience at the Lexus of Milwaukee dealership. We originally came to test drive a Lexus UX and then came back a second time to look at a used and new NX. We spent time looking at various NX 300's with the help of Ben Kranitz. We never felt rushed or pressured by either Ben or John Ferrito. They were both pleasant, friendly, patient and knowledgeable as were the others that we had contact with on our visit. All in all it was a "NO hard sell" good experience that resulted in a purchase of a 2020 NX 300. More

John Ferrito was amazing to work with.
