Thank you for sharing the situation with me. I am totally unaware of this. I did not know about the carpet, the scratch in the leather, you contacting the GM, or the transportation issue. I appreciate the details you have given me. Because I am totally unaware of this situation, if I may ask, what vehicle and when did you purchase from us? I'd like to follow up with the GM on this.

Yes I am aware. I worked with you as well. There was very little follow up and once I got my car the carpet on the drivers side had something plastered in it and a nice scratch in the leather in the back seat and the car was not detailed or scratches bugged out-seriously I was shocked & none of these things never were mentioned. The GM promised me he’d make it right- crickets! Never heard back & have tried to contact him numerous times. And I found out I paid way more than I should’ve. Sad to say I thought the dealership would make it right and provide a reimbursement of some sort or at least cover the transport charge since that was such a mess as well. Just my overall thoughts after sitting on this for months and tried to be patient with Lexus of Milwaukee.

Kianna is a Internet Sales Customer Service Specialist. Then you were working with a Sales Professional, and I stepped in to assist with getting your information for the vehicle purchase. I even remember talking with your brother. I took a short video for you on this vehicle. I know you even asked just to work with me on this deal, however, I'm not a Sales Professional. You also wrote a response to John, about your experience, also stating you appreciated my communication. I wish I'd been aware of the other items you mentioned, the scratch in the leather and the carpet? Have you gotten these items repaired? Is it possible you can send me a picture of this?

I can send some photos, no I have not gone for repairs as it has been beyond frustrating. I felt like my purchase was just a quick sale for the dealership because I was passed around to so many people. Never once was there a follow up regarding my concerns after I paid for the car and finally received it. It’s sad that only now since I finally expressed my experience that people are becoming active.
