I came in with issues with my 2018 Lexus RX350 not reading my mp3 flash drive. Tech Ben was able to get it up and going after spending a half an hour purge my incompatable files. I can't recommend him reading my mp3 flash drive. Tech Ben was able to get it up and going after spending a half an hour purge my incompatable files. I can't recommend him enough to solve anything tech related when it comes to my car. Will be coming back to this dealership for my next lexus, my 4th one! More
