We shopped at another Lexus dealership in Brookfield and dealership, Napleton Lexus of MILWAUKEE, were more than accommodating and easy to deal with. We shopped at another Lexus dealership in Brookfield and were given erroneous information. We felt we had to verify the information that we were given so we stopped at Napleton Milwaukee and confirmed that it was false. Ben was upfront and honest and reconfirmed what we thought was not true so we leased our car from him and are very happy with our 2024 NX350 More

I had been looking for a 2023 RX350h Luxury model in red, of course for my wife. I started looking several months ago. I was talking to 5 different dealers. I would call each one every week or two. It was a of course for my wife. I started looking several months ago. I was talking to 5 different dealers. I would call each one every week or two. It was a dead end for quite a while. I then got a call from Lexus of Maplewood. Matt Thornburg was the one that took my calls. He saw a vehicle on the build list, but it was blue. I put a deposit on it after talking to my wife. No one else had anything available. Two weeks later a red one came up he called me, and I switched to the red one. Matt kept me updated on the status, and answered all my numerous questions! Today we made the 2 1/2 hour drive to the dealer to pick up our new car! Matt was outstanding. Very professional, very patient with all the technical aspects. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales professional and dealer. More
