I was referred to Lexus of Milwaukee, and Ben, by a friend who had recently purchased a Lexus from them. I was impressed by the level of communication Ben provided throughout the buying process. He kep friend who had recently purchased a Lexus from them. I was impressed by the level of communication Ben provided throughout the buying process. He kept me apprised of the shipping status for our GX460 every step of the way. On the day of delivery, we were able to complete the sale/paperwork in less than an hour and I was not "forced" to sit through a high-pressured sales pitch for un-necessary upgrades. On top of that, my wife was surprised with a dozen roses - which was very nice, considering the SUV was an anniversary present. Yes, it was a 4.5 hour trip to Milwaukee. But, the level of customer service I received made the trip worth the time. Thanks Ben and the entire team at Lexus of Milwaukee! More
