Reason for call: to talk to the parts department. I was hung up on from a guy in the service department while explaining the difficulty to get through to the parts department. Before being hung up on, I was told they were open until noon on Saturday when the website states 1pm. 1 person to answer the parts department phone with a line of people growing in addition to a line of people in person clearly shows a staffing issue. This is my first impression of this dealership and it is that it doesn't seem like my business would be valued at all. The second call in resulted in being in an endless loop in the phone system where a person doesn't even answer the phone. Pressing 0 while initially starting out with a pre-recorded ad for the dealership was needed to try to get through to the parts department. It took calling the sales department to ask for a manager that ultimately got me to talk to someone from the parts department. More
