They helped me with every problem I may have soon and gave me information about all of them. I always knew Lexus stood by their brand, but this dealership and service center go above and beyond. They have fixed ANY issue that has come up and I NEVER see an invoice. They actually like it when dealership and service center go above and beyond. They have fixed ANY issue that has come up and I NEVER see an invoice. They actually like it when I bring them a minor issue because it's a challenge to figure it out. the service dept is a saint! I have not come across an issue that they haven't been able to repair. GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. It's worth its weight in gold! My car drives like it's brand new every time I get it back. Thank you and I am a loyal customer for life! More

Incompetent financial services team. DO NOT buy a car from them out of state. Almost 2 moths and no title because milage is 1 mile off. Preventing me from exporting my car with my relocation. They also k from them out of state. Almost 2 moths and no title because milage is 1 mile off. Preventing me from exporting my car with my relocation. They also keep saying their phones don't work. Apparently they don't have cell phones in Milwaukee. This dealership is an embarrassment to the brand. More
