I’m very unhappy with the service I’ve Received. My car was delivered to me today and had scratches ,Muddy and my keys were locked in the car. The driver was told to leave my car in that condition. I call to inform Lexus of the condition of my car and no one called me back.This isn’t how you treat your customers !!

The roadside service was horrible also I called to have my tire changed around 2:30 pm and they arrived around 12:00am ,after this horrible service I’m not sure if I will purchase another vehicle from Reinhardt Lexus again ,very unhappy customer!!
