Bad experience I came in for a front end alignment the end of last year (nothing wrong (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE). I had to come back two times after that in a 3 mon I came in for a front end alignment the end of last year (nothing wrong (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE). I had to come back two times after that in a 3 month time frame because of my car pulling or wearing tires. The service manager got involved and told me that all Lexus LS460 wear tires after my third visit. Okay I went back for servicing again this month and they recommended that I need to replace two tires ,one of them worn out to the wire. I took the my car to another tire shop to have tires put on but my lock were missing out of the glove box. The only people that have did rotations or put tires on my car is Reinhardt Lexus. I called the service manager twice and I have not heard from him yet. I just wanted to address some concerns maybe he will be there on my next visit. More

Not happy with the service of my car I was promised a repair on my car for the last 2 visits and it still hasn't been repaired. I was promised that the part for my floor mats had been or I was promised a repair on my car for the last 2 visits and it still hasn't been repaired. I was promised that the part for my floor mats had been ordered both times and now they said it cant be fixed that I have to buy a new wet of mats for my car. More

Poor service. Two years waiting for recall dash. They said they ordered it July 2015 they really ordered it December 2016. They use to be the best dealership in Mon Two years waiting for recall dash. Not for the good. Hope things get better. When you have warranty work scheduled make sure you ask for courtesy vehicle. They won't ask anymore if need one. Like they asked me how are you getting home?????? More
