I had a lot of information about my car to pass on and Ethan patiently and politely took notes and made sure my concerns were addressed. Throughout the repair process Ethan kept in touch with me on progress, updates, and answered any questions. It was nice to have his cell number and he always promptly answered my text messages, even on the weekend. Ethan is courteous, respectful, and professional.
