At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Worst customer service experience! This is my third year with a lease at this dealership. I came in to trade in my car three months ago and they let me drive off with a new car that was This is my third year with a lease at this dealership. I came in to trade in my car three months ago and they let me drive off with a new car that wasn't even approved by lexus financial!!! Just to find out two months later that I had to bring the new car back and lose my $500 downpayment on a deal that didn't go through! They ripped me off $500 just to get a commission and then gave me my old vehicle back. After several emails and complaints I received a call from the sales person who sold me the vehicle just to tell me that I lost my downpayment because "i put miles on the new vehicle I thought would be mine, hence they let me drive it off in the first place! How am I supposed to know they would be taking the vehicle back! These people don't care about their customers and are the biggest conartists I have come across. I'm putting my old vehicle on lease trader and I'm done with this dealership! Be very careful specially if this isn't your first vehicle there. They will screw you up!! Disgusting and worst experience ever! I will make sure they are reported to the BBB and lexus financial for their wrong doings. More
