I mentioned a couple little nuisance items and asked, if time allowed, if the shop might be able to look at these or if necessary I could schedule a future appointment also for the additional work. Alex was attentive, immediately looked at the areas of my concern, noted them and said they would see if they could be taken care of during that visit. He welcomed me to the lounge where I was offered refreshment while he retrieved a loaner car-the hitch installation would take the entire morning. While finishing. My coffee Alex arrived with the loaner. He showed me to the car and inquired if I’d like any instructions about its equipment and operation-it was a newer model than my vehicle. As I drove home from the dealership I thought how wonderful it was to be treated as a welcome, indeed appreciated, customer. The folks at Lexus of Omaha continue to wow me at each visit . Of course, when I returned that afternoon to pick up my car-Alex had texted and called to let me know my car was ready- I was again completely satisfied. The installation was great. A truly professional job, a high quality part that I’m sure equals a factory installation. Lexus was able to make the repairs/adjustments to the problem areas I noted also. My vehicle was clean-the only evidence that it was worked on. It was better than when I brought it in. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be? I cannot say enough about the professional,courteous, thoughtful people at Lexus of Omaha. I am so glad I chose to purchase my vehicle from them. These people know how to run a business! They are utterly awesome! More

Kelly provided a thorough review of what was done to my car and what might need to be anticipated in the future. Very pleased with the service. More
Above and Beyond Purchased a Lexus Certified 2015 RX 350 in December of 2017. Car has excellent in almost every way. In January of 2019 I took it in a for a routine ch Purchased a Lexus Certified 2015 RX 350 in December of 2017. Car has excellent in almost every way. In January of 2019 I took it in a for a routine checkup and was informed that I needed new brake pads on the front tires. Lexus confirm that the pads that were on it when it was sold to me met their standards and that nothing was out of the ordinary. I did some research on my own and found that most pads on new vehicles need to be changed between 50-70,000 miles, which is where my vehicle was. I took the vehicle in to have the pads changed and was put in a brand new RX 450 Hybrid loaner for the day. Later in the day I received a call from the service department and I was informed that when they got everything off they found that the rotors had an a surprising amount of rust build up on them. Because the rust build up was so bad they were not going to be able to buff the rotors, I was going to need to purchase new ones. I was not pleased that the vehicle was needing this as we had just purchased a little over a year before. I expressed my frustration with Alex from the service department and he was very understanding and empathetic. Ultimately I told them to go ahead and put the new rotors on. Alex confirmed and told me he would call back when it was complete. Got my call later that afternoon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Alex also informed me that due to my frustration and the fact that Lexus stands by everything they sell that he had gotten his managers approval to cover the cost of the rotors and that I would be billed the original amount quoted to me. I was extremely impressed with the gesture. I went from being fairly upset with Lexus to being completely satisfied and appreciative of the way they treated me. They truly went above and beyond to right a wrong and leave me feeling good about my first service experience with them. We will continue to use Lexus for our service needs in the future. More
Greatest service ever 2018 GX in for 5000 mile checkup. There were a few light scratches on drivers side. Service buffed them out. Still looks show room perfect. I have worked with these wonderful people 25 years. 5 star does not begin to describe them or their work. I do not want to leave sales or management out. From one spectrum to the other all first class people. It’s all about relationships. More
