No pressure, No headache, Perfect Customer Service I found the vehicle on cars.com requested info and heard back from Melissa the very next day. I went in that evening for a test drive. Ed the Sales Manager worked vigorously to make the numbers work for my budget. When I made the decision to just go for it, Matthew in the Finance Department worked magic. Customer service is A+ at Middletown Lexus. I drive 2.5 hours to bring my RX 350 to Prestige of Middletown. I have tried several other Lexus dealerships including one that is only an hour from m I drive 2.5 hours to bring my RX 350 to Prestige of Middletown. I have tried several other Lexus dealerships including one that is only an hour from my house and Prestige is by far the best. The service department is very friendly and they listen to you. I bought a Lexus for the reliability and for the commitment by the company to excellence. I am a huge fan of their cars and am now a huge fan of their service department. Thanks guys!!!! service mgr was great i was greeted by joe the service mgr. very nice person. everything on his end was done great. i did have an issue with whoever did the work. the pape i was greeted by joe the service mgr. very nice person. everything on his end was done great. i did have an issue with whoever did the work. the paperwork said the car was washed but it wasnt. it looked like back of the car was washed down as it was wet but that was it. also the tire pressure for all tires was out of whack. they were reading 37 and 38 which i never had that high. i had to adjust them myself when i got home back to the preferred pressure of 33. it wasnt anywhere near that high even with the tires being hot when i got there. there was a 9 and change dollar charge for garage charges which i noticed and it was never explained to me why or what that was.
