EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTENTION!! I have dealt with other Lexus dealers in the past, but they were not helpful this time when I called them. It seemed that they couldn’t be bothered. I have dealt with other Lexus dealers in the past, but they were not helpful this time when I called them. It seemed that they couldn’t be bothered. Yet when I called Prestige Lexus of Middletown, the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and transferred me to Joe who continued the service that is expected from this type of dealer. Joe was VERY HELPFUL and SUPPORTIVE!! Joe puts the other Lexus dealerships to shame and they have some hard work to do in order to be comparable to Prestige Lexus of Middletown. Everyone I met there were helpful and friendly. Being in the service industry is extremely difficult and they exceeded my expectations. More
