Areas for improvement include having stocked envelopes for night drop, cleaning service should not park where cars are dropped off, details of service should be provided at time of vehicle pick up, brake and tired should have the appropriate colors checked off for customer, and attention to detail when performing complimentary car wash. The car should be given back to the customer better than what was handed in. Joe needs to work on listening to the customer without being in haste to answer. Ed did a great job at customer recovery. I am willing to give them another chance based on their customer recovery efforts. More
