They brought in a cou[ple of engineers from Japan, where my Lexus was built, to assess the situation. Smart move! With a painstaking, multi-facitted approach, coupled with “state of the art” equipment, the issue was put to rest. I am happy to say that I have my beautiful RX back where it belongs...home. It takes a team of true professionals to recognize and resolve problems, working outside the normal comfort zone of “in house” talent.
