Terrific Lexus dealership experience I have owned numerous Lexus vehicles over many years and my recent experience with this new Lexus dealership (Prestige Lexus of Middletown) was outsta I have owned numerous Lexus vehicles over many years and my recent experience with this new Lexus dealership (Prestige Lexus of Middletown) was outstanding. I dealt with Joe Scala- honest, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. This new dealership rates high on my list. No hesitation recommending them to those in need. Joe not only dealt with me in a professional manner while I was there, he went the extra step and followed up with me, calling me at home to try and be more helpful. That is a rare quality in Service Managers who usually don't take the time beyond what is necessary. All whom I dealt with at the dealership, from the person who greeted me and input the issue into the computer, to the mechanic, the parts guy and finally to Mr. Scala represented the dealership and Lexus brand well. In fact, the mechanic was fantastic. He was able to find the cause of a problem with the car I have had for a long time that other mechanics could not diagnose. I will definitely be returning there in the future. Even the sales rep who I spoke to with questions about a new vehicle not yet out was terrific. Kudos to them all. More
