Joseph actually told me I cannot test drive the car unless I buy the car!!!! Very unprofessional! I came already approved to buy the car too. Awful. Not worth making the trip to this dealership. I've never had this type of experience in my life and of all places a Lexus dealership. Joseph is not a good representative of the Lexus brand. I've bought from a Lexus dealership before and this was quite the opposite from what I was used to! I felt like I was lied to as well because when I asked about the car he said the car was getting wholesaled the next day. He didn't realize that I knew it was on an Ebay auction and still had 4 days ago. Meanwhile he was clear that the retail price was non-negotiable. This guy was just a jerk! By far the worst person I have ever dealt with when it comes to car sales. Don't waste your time going to this dealership. 1 More
I loved It !!! Here is my experience -- Kelvin Joseph was so kind and wonderful to work with. A pure pleasure!! He was honest, upfront and very professional. Kelvin went the extra, extra mile for me to make my dream car happen - (Literally 38 extra miles too!! LOL) .... Everyone at the PRESTIGE LEXUS dealership was super fantastic, and so, I recommend everyone to purchase from them. I got a wonderful luxury car at an unbeatable price. SERIOUSLY. There was no haggling, or any of the typical sales games, no run around, -- the negotiation phase was diligent, fair and fast, and I got a great GREAT Deal !! From the minute I was greeted, I was treated with respect and as a valued customer. I was offered delicious coffee, and put at ease, immediately. Here is my story: I had arrived to the Prestige car lot - afoot - and Kelvin could tell something was bothering me. He really is a caring person. I felt so at ease quickly enough. This genuine concern for me, as a person, was important. See, the economy car I was driving was okay, until it broke down on the highway the day before. Thus, was causing me a panic with mechanical failures, and facing a large $$$ financial decision from a high pressure, way overpriced - mechanic down the road, -a national chain at that, so you would not expect shady dealings from such a national company - but they were pretty much trying to milk my situation for all they could. And they were doing a decent job at milking me - already had their hooks kind of deep into my pockets.. and the price tag on the rest of the work was all over the map - quotes that had not been honored already -work was done that was not truly needed - and still nothing was fixed - and more quotes that changed hourly -- I was in a real mess. Oh, .And the work would be 8+ days - so there was hotel cost mounting too. I had to sink or swim. I was sinking fast. So, here I was, in Middletown NY, I was practically stranded, in a bad situation having to decide on a fast solution, no time to think really, and 2500 miles from home. I am a widow, with not alot of money. I just knew I was not going to dump 7 grand into a 4,000 dollar car -- if I had any other option. This is really one of those situations that can ruin a person's life for years -I mean everyone needs their car - I had to make a sensible decision. I had no time hardly to think. I walked across the street from my hotel -(there were two dealerships) not knowing if I could find a better answer to my crisis. -- I have to say that I went to Chevy first, because I am a GM surviving spouse - I could have gotten some good savings being on the Chevy family program ... However, I walked around the car lot there aimless for 30 minutes - no one greeted me, even though they knew Specifically I was coming to talk to them. They were going to take good care of me - I was promised on the phone. Finally,, the Chevy salesperson that I was suppose to talk to there came to the front area - I said I was suppose to come talk to him - he kind of shook his head at me and then blew me off as he was too busy for me, and out the door he went. That's okay - they really did not have good priced inventory on anything I wanted either. So, I went on over to Prestige, pretty much feeling like a train wreck had hit me. I was hoping something would work out - and I felt hopeless - like I was about to be goat roped at the rodeo by the shady mechanic down the road. So, I arrive on foot at Prestige - looking at cars - Greeted immediately - but as a real person! Kelvin treated me like a human being first - then as a potential customer. He was interested in helping me find a great solution to my nightmare situation. He asked me to relax and tell him what was going on. He said he could tell - I was going through something -probably the look on my face, or my anxiety as I was nearly in a panic --- and so, I felt comfortable enough to tell him my desperate situation. I was almost in tears when I got over there. But just having someone listen to what I was going thru - and tell me they would do their best to help me. I had faith and confidence that he was going to really help me - and all I can say is WOW ... He told me to walk around outside, look around and let him know when I found something I like. I found what I wanted - and the negotiations were painless, fast and fair. HE HAD ANSWERS !! -- He found solutions to my problem. There are some people you just know you can trust -- Kelvin is trustworthy and all the people at Prestige are people you can trust. All this just happened to me in the last three days -- I wanted to share - I tell my story because WOMEN especially, are vulnerable to shady people when it comes to cars. So, Women - I want you to know that Prestige really will take great care of you. I was given warranty option also - and the entire warranty program was explained to me in detail. They really took care of everything fast and professional. Everyone at Prestige was wonderful. There were lots of smiles and even a few celebratory high fives and goodbye hugs !! -- My problem was solved. Pure Happiness !! The way a big ticket purchase should feel -- Joyful. I will definitely highly recommend Prestige Lexus to everyone. I am from Texas, and I will come back here for my next purchase - I have purchased at least 10 cars during my life, and this, with Kelvin Joseph at Prestige Lexus (and all of his fellow team-mates too), was the Only Joyful car purchase I have ever made in my life. All the other experiences before this were mediocre or worse, always a haggle before yesterday --- ... PRESTIGE IS PURE BLISS !! These people will treat you right. Do yourself a favor, and come check them out. You will be happy. I told my story - because if they could help someone in my desperate situation - make me feel at perfect ease -- just think how great you are going to feel too !! Kelvin is the best !!! Thank YOU so much !! I now have the dream car - my dream car that I have always wanted and never thought I would ever get. At PRESTIGE LEXUS -- They DO MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE !! More

My 2008 RX350 vehicle was brought in for servicing.when I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a friendly courteous young man who check me in. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to see a familiar face, Service Manager Joe Scalo who I had previously dealt with at the Prestige Ramsey location. Joe was once again, very professional, courteous, patient, informative and honest. He wasted no time in making the repair arrangements. He even made a couple of phone calls so that my questions regarding another potential issue with my vehicle could be answered on the spot. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the place. The parts Manager Robert even came in to assist. Cynthia was very attentive when I first arrived and Aracelis was very pleasant upon my exit. The entire staff clearly takes pride in providing excellent customer service. I will continue to bring my RX350 to Middletown Prestige Lexus for my service needs. More

Gabriella went out of her way to make sure my enform and phone, and radio were installed, even when it required a return trip a week after the sale. She picked us up at home the day of the car pick up...was pleasant and gave us service I would highly recommend to anyone. This is one of the reasons I only buy lexus. Joe , the service manager, convinced me by his ability,honesty and knowledge that here is were I am taking my car from now on (I am a super commuter). More
