I am greatful that the service dept at Leus of Oxnard has the perserverance of fixing a problem which has been plaguing the car since 2024. They have never stopped exploring new solutions. I was impressed that Ramon, one of the senior mechanics actually rode in the car to hear the problem and learn how to elicit the noise. He really picked his brain to solve the issue. Mr Ayala was a great help in working with my past warranty. I feel that Lexus really wants their customers to feel satisfied. My parents have been taking their 5 Lexus's since the 1990's. My siblings and I have observed that over the years what great service they have received, including the use of loaner vehicles. The cars themselves were very reliable. This in turn has led all 5 children to purchase Lexus vehicles. Thank you Lexus. More
