It’s been a year I had my car serviced at Lexus Oxnard. I bought my car there, and for service is very close to my work. It’s very convenient actually. As service advisor Raymond is very good and always gi I bought my car there, and for service is very close to my work. It’s very convenient actually. As service advisor Raymond is very good and always give the best advices and services. He’s very efficient and smart. 5 stars.. On top of that I am very disappointed with your loaner vehicle policy services.. I believe Lexus as one of the premium vehicles should have higher after service policy compare to Toyota or Mini. Sadly every time I asked for loaner I never got any with same reason.Short of loaner. One day I definitely saw couple of loaners car park at the front. When I have my old 2013 Mini Cooper for the last five years I have been went to authorized dealer for service. At Camarillo before they closed and Calabasas afer that. And I always got loaner. My husband always go to Toyota Ventura for his Prius, even though he has to drive from Moorpark. However if the service took more than two hours and he needs car for work they’ll rent him a car. For other reason I need loaner, because every time I get my car service, I always get off from my 12 hours overnight shift. I live in Moorpark, that’s why I need loaner for me to sleep before I go home safely afer the service. I can’t go home and back to pick up my car with shuttle. It’s more than 30 miles and inefficient for time wise. Therefore for my next service if I can’t get loaner I might go to other place. Thank you for your concern and hars work. More
