Once we settled on the car we wanted to buy, Mahar shepherded the entire process, with the wonderful cooperation of Mike and Colonel until we settled on a price and process for completing the sale. Lawrance completed the transaction, offering all options for that finalization. Mahar remained throughout each step. His attitude and professionalism made all the difference. There is an enormous amount of paperwork required. Lawrance explained every step of that process with patience and professionalism. It was a very smooth, friendly, professional transaction. We purchased a new 2015 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Oxnard when the dealer was fair and we knew the contract, in written form, before we purchased the vehicle. In 2024 we purchased a used vehicle from the sam when the dealer was fair and we knew the contract, in written form, before we purchased the vehicle. In 2024 we purchased a used vehicle from the same dealer but under new ownership. We were not able to review the contract in written form, only on a large screen. They charged us for items we didn’t want. We have never a difficult time with a dealer until now. We had to print the contract at home on our own printer. Now months later we had a flat tire and there was no lug nut key and we had to pay over $180.00 to remove the locks. Lexus did not verify that the vehicle had locks when we purchased the vehicle. I would recommend customers to go to Thousand Oaks for a Lexus. More
Stay away from this dealership, service was horrible. They said that you can bring your oil change coupon but after oil change did not take the coupon. Manager and staff were rude and aggresive, No one should use this dealership, we bought out Lexus from them but they did not care. I had worst experience of my life. These people should be fired, they did not want to communicate. service staff even did not want to connect me to someone who could help us. We were helpless, had to pay extra to get our car back after oil change. worst experience of our life !!!!! More
