Donovan and his manager were great! Very informative and accommodating. They didn’t have a loaner car, so they offered to give me an Uber lift home. Which was really awesome because I didn’t have to spend my whole day sitting in the lobby. Very happy, and picked my car up and it looks like it had a fresh wash. 10 stars for Lexus of Oxnard. They told me next time my battery goes out. I can go to any Lexus dealership to get my battery looked at or fixed, but I will drive myself out to Oxnard because the service is great. More
