Once I told the dealership that my 2019 ES350 would not start, they made an appointment for me immediately. Rick, the service manager, could not have been nicer. Within an hour, the entire electrical syste start, they made an appointment for me immediately. Rick, the service manager, could not have been nicer. Within an hour, the entire electrical system was checked and the battery was replaced,alll under warranty. It could not have gone better. More

I brought my car in to have the lower splash shield reattached and front grill assembly re-secured. When car was returned to me I noticed that the splash shield on the left wheel well was still loose. reattached and front grill assembly re-secured. When car was returned to me I noticed that the splash shield on the left wheel well was still loose. I pointed this out to the service adviser who said that the tab was broken and nothing could be done. When I got home I found that I was able to fasten the splash shield to the frame using the tab that the service adviser claimed to be broken. I was rather disappointed that I had to complete the job after paying $119 to the dealer. More
