This dealership is the pitts they sold me a Lexus RX350 and lied about getting the title the following week when in fact they never got the title until a month and days, never told me the vehicle had a lie and lied about getting the title the following week when in fact they never got the title until a month and days, never told me the vehicle had a lien from previous owner and I would have to wait. When I called they dodged and ignored my calls; they don't care about the customer all they care about is selling their vehicles. Had to email the general manager and he and all didn't even have the decency to call to see what the problem was. Then i received a call from a supervisor Leon I told him I want my money back he said ok in a text then several days later he called and said he I cant get my money back because the title is there and it came with my name on it. that too was a lie because they wrote my name on it because they didn't want to give me my money back. but i got the proof in a text and i will be pursuing this further. then say I can only do a trade in, Keep in mind the vehicle was bought for export. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from here. More

I am truly disappointed with the customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change on June 10th and had requested a loaner car to get to work. I had spoken to the service advisor the day before I had an appointment for an oil change on June 10th and had requested a loaner car to get to work. I had spoken to the service advisor the day before, and he assured me the car would be available. When I arrived at 7:30 AM, the service advisor, Jeremy Rivera, presented me with a list of services for my 2024 NX 350h totaling $600. I told him I only wanted the oil change and would not be doing the other services because they had already been performed. He then told me the loaner car wasn't available because I was only getting an oil change... I find this treatment ridiculous; I couldn't wait more than two hours for the service because I needed to be at work for a meeting... The service advisor was really rude and offered no help whatsoever... Well, you’ve lost a customer; I am trying to book an appointment with another Lexus dealership. Thanks. More
Working with Rafael Genao on the purchase of my new RX350 was the complete opposite of the stereotypical “car salesman” experience.
