She got me more for my trade-in than both CarMax and Carvana offered, and she worked hard to get my payment exactly where I wanted it to be. Two days later, my new car was delivered right to my home, and my old vehicle was picked up. It truly couldn't have been any easier. I am truly disappointed with the customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change on June 10th and had requested a loaner car to get to work. I had spoken to the service advisor the day before I had an appointment for an oil change on June 10th and had requested a loaner car to get to work. I had spoken to the service advisor the day before, and he assured me the car would be available. When I arrived at 7:30 AM, the service advisor, Jeremy Rivera, presented me with a list of services for my 2024 NX 350h totaling $600. I told him I only wanted the oil change and would not be doing the other services because they had already been performed. He then told me the loaner car wasn't available because I was only getting an oil change... I find this treatment ridiculous; I couldn't wait more than two hours for the service because I needed to be at work for a meeting... The service advisor was really rude and offered no help whatsoever... Well, you’ve lost a customer; I am trying to book an appointment with another Lexus dealership. Thanks. More

Working with Rafael Genao on the purchase of my new RX350 was the complete opposite of the stereotypical “car salesman” experience.
