I had a great experience with Raul, my salesman, Very attentive and always there to answer my questions during the two months it took to receive my car. The dealership I have a problem with. As an American I only speak english, everyone was speaking spanish and as a customer made me very uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying. Everyone at Lexus was very nice and accommodating. I only have one concern and that was when I spoke with my sales person Mike the night before I went in he said that my vehicle was there and that he I only have one concern and that was when I spoke with my sales person Mike the night before I went in he said that my vehicle was there and that he was going to put a sold sign on it in order to come down I live an hour and a half away. I had to arrange for a sitter for my sick husband. My son had to take the morning off of work and when we went down there, I found out that my vehicle was not there. I really don’t know what happened. Why it wasn’t there. He told me he put a sold sign on it so it was very frustrating and very upsetting that my vehicle was not available. I did end up choosing another vehicle with a bigger monitor in it, and it is supposed to be delivered to me in a couple of days. I hope that goes off without a hitch he did throw in a pair of floor mats to make up for the inconvenience. the financing went very smoothly unfortunately I don’t know the name of the young lady. I think it was Maria. She was very kind and that went very well. More
