The service my husband received when exceptionally smooth, including a loaner car and even a lunch ticket for a free lunch at the dealership. There is a reason why Zinn dealerships have numerous awards, including top selling dealership and customer service awards. Our recommendation is to ask for Alex Whitmon, bilingual, knowledgeable, responsive, and he takes us through the process as if it were him buying the car. We have traded in and bought multiple Lexus vehicles for our family members and always go to Alex! Importantly, different sports engine and hybrid configurations, providing more choices than other brands. You won’t find anything better. More
