I requested a larger SUV (GX) as a loaner because of my interest in a large car and received an ES (Sedan). I paid for a car wash (most expensive option) and my windshield was dusty as well as the insid interest in a large car and received an ES (Sedan). The service center charged me for services that were never completed. I paid for new tires, wheel alignment and balance. I was told the work was completed paid for the service and when I got my car back never completed. I paid for new tires, wheel alignment and balance.
