Waited 45 minutes to be seen after the scheduled appointment time. Staff could care less. Took my for maintenance this morning. The oil change light was on the vehicle, very obvious to notice. I mentioned one of the items needed was an oil change, to Jose Luis Amaro. When I was back home I noticed from looking at the detailed list of items done, the oil change was not on there. I called the service manager and she agreed to do the oil change the next day.
