The advisor initially told me I had no more complimentary oil changes and he was sure of it…When I i still waited almost 4 hours for an oil change…. The advisor initially told me I had no more complimentary oil changes and he was sure of it…When I informed him they checked multiple times and said yes before I came. The advisor told me the girls are newer and sometimes don’t know what they may be saying….he looked further in the computer and said that it’s now taken care of? He was polite at the end but like the last time he always tells me I’m wrong when I sit down…. I would prefer a different advisor next time. Also, the wait is ridiculous for a luxury dealership….. I had an incredible experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines on December 28, 2024, thanks to the exceptional team who went above and beyond during a stressful situation. That day, I brought my car in for ser on December 28, 2024, thanks to the exceptional team who went above and beyond during a stressful situation. That day, I brought my car in for service, as I’ve done for years, with Andre, my trusted advisor. Andre has always been professional, kind, and treats me like family. He provided a loaner vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. Later, I returned the loaner but accidentally left my backpack inside—it contained my MacBook, iPad Pro, Magic Keyboard, and essentials. Realizing my mistake, I called Lost and Found, but the loaner department was closed, and I had a flight to Tampa that night! Frantic, I drove back to the dealership. Aaron met me outside, listened to my situation, and took me to Rosie at the front desk. While she couldn’t directly access the loaner, her kindness and efforts to involve management were appreciated. Unfortunately, Rohan, the manager, informed me nothing could be done until the next day. At that moment, Richard Monivis walked by. He immediately stepped in, worked with Aaron, and retrieved my backpack in no time—saving me from missing my flight! I cannot thank Richard and Aaron enough for their determination and willingness to go above and beyond. Louis and Gabriel also lightened the mood with humor, making a stressful situation more bearable. I’ve been part of the Lexus of Pembroke Pines family for over six years, and this experience reaffirmed why I keep coming back. Thank you to Richard, Aaron, and the entire team for outstanding service. You turned a challenging day into a positive one, and I hope their efforts are recognized! More
I can’t say enough positive things about this dealership! I had several minor issues with my Lexus RX 350 and was in the area so I dropped by the dealership without an appointment. I have been a Lexus owner since 2005 and this was my worst experience. I dropped my car off on 1/4/25 @ 9:00 AM, I received no updates or any communications from Jeff. I called the Service Depart on 1/5 worst experience. I dropped my car off on 1/4/25 @ 9:00 AM, I received no updates or any communications from Jeff. I called the Service Depart on 1/5, twice and was placed on a long hold by a female who said that she would check on the status. I did not receive any follow up communication from Lexus Service depart. I called several times on 1/6. My calls were placed on hold or no answer. I called the main number and explained my issue and asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to the service depart, but no one answered. I again call the main number and again asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to the service depart and spoke to Christina, I explained my situation and was told that Jeff was off and that Jessica was covering and that a message will be placed on her desk to call me. I never received a call. On 1/7, I called the service Depart around 9 AM and spoke with Christina and I informed her that I never heard from Christina. And that I needed to know the status of my car service. Christina informed me that Jeff was back at work and that she would give him my message. I finally received a text message from Jeff informing that I needed a new tire. I responded to proceed. On 1/8, I received a text message after 3PM stating that my car was ready. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow up from Jeff and the Service Depart. I only took my car in for a route service and a tire issue. Again, I want to say that this is the first time that I ever had a bad a experience with Lexus. More
