Charging $19 for new wiper installation on top of $17x2 is pure robbery. I’ll be ordering on Amazon next time and doing it myself. Service advisor didn’t mention this, I saw it when I got the bill. Francisco Bautista is the worst service department rep. He literally tried to charge me $193 for a 15,000 mile routine service. I called JM Lexus and found that they charge $53 for the same service. Francisco was also trying to get me to pay $110 for an alignment (again at a 15,000 mile service) which I did not need. What a rip off. Not sure if he treats all women this way. I recommend staying as far away from him as possible. I will NEVER have him as a DIS-Service rep ever again. He cannot be trusted. More
