This was my first time having Andre Rust as my service advisor and he didn't disappoint. Great customer service! I find him to be super knowledge, thorough and efficient (did his research) then advise me advisor and he didn't disappoint. Great customer service! He took time in explaining my options and make sure that the timeliness of getting the parts was met in order to get my vehicle back in working order. Andre make sure I left the service center feeling that I mattered as a customer. I want to acknowledge the Great customer service the two young men who brought my car and the other that install my floor mats and check-out my A/C Both was very knowledge about the enter working of the car and make sure I was satisfy before leaving with my vehicle. The three of them are a great asset to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Should be giving some type of accommodation for Exceptional Customer Service and knowledge of the product. Thanks Your Service Dept.
