Buenas tardes, mi experiencia fue mala con solo la llegada, llego hacer servicio, estaciono y me quedo dentro de mi carro, pasado 10 min nadie se acerca, me bajo y me quedo en mi vehiculo, despues de llegada, llego hacer servicio, estaciono y me quedo dentro de mi carro, pasado 10 min nadie se acerca, me bajo y me quedo en mi vehiculo, despues de 20 min nadie se me acerca, luego me voy a sentar sin que me atendieran luego de 15 minutos mas, se montan en mi camioneta y la mueven hacia al frente sin ticket y sin saber de quien es, luego le pregunto a una chica llamada SANDRA que porque movieron mi camioneta si nisiquiera saben que le van hacer, y ella me responde que la camioneta estaba sola, luego de yo haber pasado 30 min cerca, yo me molesto y le digo lo sucedido y ella se escusa diciendo que estan BUSY, sin disculparse ni nada, me parece una falta de respeto, por dios entoces que no diga que no habia nadie en el vehiculo, luego me atendio ANDRES y fue una atencion excelente, a pesar que se equivoco colocando las millas en los documentos. Ya despues de 3 HORAS esperando por el servicio de mi camioneta, tuve que acercarme al CASHIER a preguntar que paso y fue ahi donde sacaron mi vehiculo. No puede ser que despues de tanto tiempo no dicen nada y 3HORAS ESPERANDO, es una falta de todo de verdad, NO ME GUSTO PARA NADA MI EXPERIENCIA. More

Customer service was awesome the gentleman that brought my loaner car and picked up my car was very professional and amazing.
