Took my car in for paint issue while it is under warranty. It has been over 30 days and I was just informed I would have to return and start the process from the beginning as there are no records o warranty. It has been over 30 days and I was just informed I would have to return and start the process from the beginning as there are no records of my prior visit, the photos taken or the submission to Lexus for approval. Terrible service department. No checks and balances. No proactive action to resolve the issue. Just simply, sorry please return to the dealership to start over. More
