Flow of service needs to be reworked. Very confusing. Go here, go there. Suggest hiring consultant to fix the issue. Frustrating. I would have the keys with the cashier so that eliminates one step. Move the service advisors to area of where the employees are that check you in. Have the current guys/ladies that check you in just keep running/parking the cars. Someone should hire a Lean Six Sigma person to streamline the customer experience. Feel like a ball in a pinball machine. You all may not even notice it since you are use to it. I am new to Lexus (a little over a year) and still haven't figured out the system. More

My car was repaired at the collision center. I made an appointment for an estimate and my appointment was not honored and I had to wait a long time for someone to help me. I finally got an estimate and sc appointment for an estimate and my appointment was not honored and I had to wait a long time for someone to help me. I finally got an estimate and scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired and I was given an estimated time period for my repairs. When I went in to bring my car to be fixed, I was told that the person who gave me a quote was no longer with the company and I would have to wait for someone else to help me. No one even called me to reschedule my appointment or told me so again I had to wait and my appointment was not honored. I then was given a new person who told me that they could not honor the original estimate and it was just an estimate and that I would be responsible to pay for anything that was missed...even if it was a mistake. I was even told that the 3-4 day repair time was very short it was unlikely that my car would be fixed during this promised time. This whole process was very disappointing and I couldn’t believe that I would have this type of experience at Lexus. I actually went to your Lexus specifically so I wouldn’t have these types of issues and it would be a seamless repair process. Fortunately, I expressed my disappointment to my new repair tech given his comments and he reached out to his supervisor who agreed to honor the estimate and my car was repaired in 4 days. The repairs were fine and my car was fixed. I was happy with the end result but it was definitely NOT the experience that I had expected. More

First service since car purchase, was told that a loaner was for safety related issues. Estimated time given was 3 hours,because back door strips replaced after car purchase were already peeling ,I asked fo was for safety related issues. Estimated time given was 3 hours,because back door strips replaced after car purchase were already peeling ,I asked for a courtesy ride home and was told the driver in in Fort Lauderdale, I would have to wait for an hour. I am a first responder, just worked 5 consecutive 12 hours shift,so I choose to walk home. I was called for vehicle pickup, I ask for a courtesy ride and was told " can't promise that, no availability ",so I had to walk back in the sun/ heat. The peeling door strips were not satisfactory addressed,I had to get another service adviser (Juan Correa),he was very helpful. It was annoying to have to wait again to get job done correctly. More
