I waited 20 minutes for my service rep before I asked for someone else to help me. I got a text when my car was ready. Never talked to the service rep again. Then I waited 20 minutes after I gave my paper someone else to help me. I got a text when my car was ready. Never talked to the service rep again. Then I waited 20 minutes after I gave my paperwork to the valet. Very impersonal. Had significantly better service at Infiniti and Acura with my previous vehicles. When I got my car back, the maintenance mileage was not cleared so it still say maintenance due at 4.997 miles. Not the luxury car experience I was expecting. Ver disappointing. More

My service guy Garcia was great. Ladies at the cashier not so friendly. Also I called to get me car service over the phone the one girl who answered was not very helpful.
