Hello Osiris. I called and was told you stepped away so have shared my mobile number with the receptionist. Please send me your email or mobile number and I’ll attach a picture of the old brake pads so you can see for yourself the exaggerated diagnosis of metal to metal when there is sufficient amount of material left on the brake pads. Seems like a scare tactic to get customers to spend on unneeded repairs.

I don’t understand this total negligence of customer issues. I called and I have provided details in multiple emails. Don’t know what else you need from me. I was expecting you to research this with your department and ensure that this blatant lying approach to get customers to spend on repairs is not repeated. This is ridiculous and doesn’t look like Lexus takes this customer abuse seriously at all.
