Horrible customer service & treatment to car. Went to pick up car & had to wait more then 3 hours bc the work was not repaired correctly. I left the car for about a a month and still the car wasn’t done pick up car & had to wait more then 3 hours bc the work was not repaired correctly. Had an appointment scheduled for servicing and had requested a loaner car because I was going to use my lunch break to take the car in. Once there I was informed there were no loaner cars available. T requested a loaner car because I was going to use my lunch break to take the car in. Once there I was informed there were no loaner cars available. The service rep was trying to be accommodating but it seems like his team wasn’t on the same page. Had to book my own Uber to get home and find transportation back to pick up my car. The least that could have been done for the inconvenience was to send my car to my home once the service was done or at least reimburse for the Uber. The service rep was very sweet and I completely understand these things are out of his control but as his supervisor I would have tried to do good by the customer. This is already my second poor experience here. I should have known better when I leased my car not to do business there. Sales reps did not attend to me, and I was told that the car that I wanted (my current car) was out of my budget. Anxiously waiting for my lease to end. More
