I made an appt and 30 min after being waiting, i found out my serv rep was on lunch. The person who took care of me was completely rude. I received a text message saying my car would be ready in 15 min, out my serv rep was on lunch. The person who took care of me was completely rude. I received a text message saying my car would be ready in 15 min, to go to the cashier to signe the paperwork... 30 min after, they told me i need to go to a different office to handle the paper and them wait another 30 min for my car. Worts service ever! By the way! Staff goes around the inside of the building wearing the mask inappropriately. More

The customer service was very good and helpful staff is very knowledgeable. However my wife and I were very concerned about some staff not wearing their masks or not wearing them properly while coming to t very knowledgeable. We had our 1 month old daughter with us and had to put a mask on her. This has happened on my last two visits and everyone should protect themselves and others from this very serious Coronavirus disease. More
