I am usually very satisfied with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. This last time I took my car for an oil change and complimentary car wash. I was told that my car would be ready in about two hours. My original adviser was Andres Rust, who provided the worst service. There was no communication with us and no return calls until the end of the day when a Mgr had to get involved.
