I was early for my appt Jeremy was at lunch so was taken care of by another service person. After about one hour I was notified that the work I needed performed would take a long time so I was offered a loa care of by another service person. The person hey checked my car was new, but did a good job handling everything. The problem was when I got my car back, there were greasy footprints on the rugs driver side.
