Wonderful service. Ever time we take our vehicles to be serviced we receive a loaner car. Or service advisor John Steigele takes very good care of us he tries to get all the discounts that we can possibly serviced we receive a loaner car. I’m sure Covid had a lot to do with the interaction of the employees. But I think there should’ve been a little more communication other than texting. Went in for a recall on 2019 Lexus purchased from the dealership. Also needed infotainment system updated (prompts for the same update numerous times each drive despite updating it) as well as a new key dealership. Also needed infotainment system updated (prompts for the same update numerous times each drive despite updating it) as well as a new key fob programmed. Assigned rep (Melissa Ho) was not helpful at all and when everything was said and done, only the recall was taken care of. Assigned rep stated the infotainment system was updated, it was not as it prompted for the repeated updated as I got into the vehicle to leave the dealership. She also mentioned they couldn’t program the key due to it being used already despite it being brand new. The cherry on top is the write up on my service order stating I had my front floor mats stacked (weather mat on top of the standard mat) which wasn’t true as they are in the trunk still wrapped in plastic. will be getting a new rep or taking to different dealership on the go forward. Def. not the Lexus experience you would expect. More
