My vehicle was due for maintenance and they have a great system where they picked up my car from home took it to get it served after that it got disinfected and brought back to me, in the meantime I got a loaner in case I needed to go out. Disappointed in my service guy Carlos, he stated that he would call when the car was ready. It took 2 calls and 2 text 2 days later to get my car.
