My feedback is in reference to service. I should have received an explanation that my car would smell like fuel after the recall was addressed. Why would they not have a fuel pump in stock for a recall?!? My wife and I have been using Lexus of Pembroke Pines for years. Their service department is usually terrific (John Steigele is the best!). This time My wife and I have been using Lexus of Pembroke Pines for years. Nice guy, but he told me that the car had been recalled because of a bad fuel pump - and they didn't have it in stock! It took 4 days to get my car back. If the part is recalled, you need to have it in stock. I also think they may have overcharged me for the brake service they did. More
