Took our 2019 RX 350 in for service on 8/11 for its 15,000 mile checkup and two recalls from Lexus. Advisor John Steigele was wonderful ,he had looked up cars history and had all the paperwork ready to 15,000 mile checkup and two recalls from Lexus. The service department does not run as efficiently as it used to. We had to wait over an hour for our loaner car, and waited another half hour to pick up our car.
