Brake System Failure When this warning light came on the dashboard, I immediately took the car to the Lexus dealer as instructed. They immediately assessed the problem and explained that it would be several days before I would be receiving my car. I was provided a loaner for which I was very grateful for. I went back to retrieve my car at the height of the onset of the Pandemic and it was ready for me to pick up. More

Overall good service but poor follow through I was greeted properly and promptly. Due a hip issue, I asked everyone from Lexus who interacted with that my car seat NOT be moved, because if it was I was greeted properly and promptly. Due a hip issue, I asked everyone from Lexus who interacted with that my car seat NOT be moved, because if it was, it would not only be painful to me but I would have to spend some time re-adjusting the seat position for driving. The service advisor even put a big note on the car saying DO NOT MOVE THE seat. Sadly, when my car was returned from service, the seat had been moved vertically AND horizontally. I specifically told the service advisor that if the person did not fit properly in the vehicle, that someone else moved it. I am 5'8", the seat is not extremely close or far from the steering wheel. I find this occurrence unacceptable. The service was done very well, no issues there. And the complementary car wash is not a very good one. $5 car washes at gas stations do a better job at cleaning the exterior of the vehicle. More

Silver IS 250 I was very pleased with the service I received at Pembroke Pines Lexus. I purchased the car at JM Lexus, However, I find Pembroke Pines closer to whe I was very pleased with the service I received at Pembroke Pines Lexus. I purchased the car at JM Lexus, However, I find Pembroke Pines closer to where I live. My Service Advisor John Steigele was very nice. John recognized right away that I was from Long Island NY.
