Christie in service was nice, but not knowledgeable. I asked her what I had done on my car previously and she was unable to interpret what was in the computer. Also I specifically gave her my work number asked her what I had done on my car previously and she was unable to interpret what was in the computer. Also I specifically gave her my work number as well as cell and explained that I don't get cell service in my office so if she didn't reach me on my cell to call my office. She left a message on my cell and did not attempt to call my office so I got her message when I left the office at 6:45 PM after service was closed. when I got to the dealership she did not leave the paperwork for anyone so I had to leave my credit card number so it could be checked out the next day, so I don't actually know what I was billed yet. The receptionist in the main lobby was very nice and as helpful as she could be. I would go back to the dealership, because it is the only Lexus dealership in our area, but it is far from superior. I have been to other Lexus dealerships and they are more professional. Some decent magazines in the lobby would be nice also. Most of them are sports maagazines. More

OUTSTANDING service. I cam 1 hr early and they were able to handle. Work done right, car cleaned and they take care of customer as well, not just the vehicle. Lexus is the best to handle. I was quite pleased and impressed that I was advised that I did not yet need service I hdd requested. I try to be proactive in maintaining my 2007 RX350 and on a recent service visit asked that the transmis I did not yet need service I hdd requested. I try to be proactive in maintaining my 2007 RX350 and on a recent service visit asked that the transmisison fluid be replaced. After checking the records and the condidtion of hte vehicle, the advior told me that the service was not due yet and felt that I should deter until a later service vist. More
Had a flat tire on Saturday 2/11/12. Dealer did not have the replacement tire for Lexus IS 350 2011. Had to come back 2/13/12. Noticed a new dirty spot at the ceiling of the car (new since visit, probably t the replacement tire for Lexus IS 350 2011. Had to come back 2/13/12. Our family has owned our Lexus for several years. In comparison to experiences we had with other car dealerships, Lexus of Peoria continues to display outstanding customer service throughout the entire comparison to experiences we had with other car dealerships, Lexus of Peoria continues to display outstanding customer service throughout the entire life cycle of owning a vehicle. When purchasing our car, we were greeted with kind, professional employees who showed knowledge of the products. During routine maintenance, the service center facilitated loaner vehicles and notified us in a timely manner of when the car would be ready. Again, employees working in the service center were knowledgeable and extremely professional. When dealing with a warranty issue several years after owning the car, the service center managed all aspects to ensure costs were covered and parts were orderly quickly. A loaner was provided while repairs were made. The importance here is the loaner was a brand new 2012 vehicle. An excellent sales concept and fantastic opportunity for a customer to try out the new models. Lexus of Peoria enters into a relationship with their customers-something they take very seriously. The Lexus product and service allows owning the vehicle to be completely worry free. More
Jim was unprofessional and extremely arrogant. I've been a long-time Lexus owner. I've purchased 4 vehicles from Lexus of Peoria, 2 from Toyota and 2 from Heritage. I've always had excellent service until a long-time Lexus owner. I've purchased 4 vehicles from Lexus of Peoria, 2 from Toyota and 2 from Heritage. I've always had excellent service until the last several months. New management = sleazy snake-oil salesmen! It won't take long for other customers to come to the same realization. It's too bad that a very nice dealership is going down hill. More
