They were quick to respond, informative, and never pushy. Jacob, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He provided quotes, explained the specifications clearly, and patiently answered all of my questions, even in the evenings. He also coordinated my pickup smoothly with Michael. The next day, the vehicle was on the lot waiting for me! The finance process was timely, smooth and efficient. Overall, Lexus of Riverside provided great customer service. They communicated through email and text messaging throughout and always answered question I had in a timely manner. The beat the price asked for by another dealer and the purchase experience was very easy and good. The only disappointing part of the experience was the trade in. The really low-balled us on a low mileage RAV4 that we wanted to trade, so we wound up going with Carvana for the this transaction. I recommend that you get your trade in evaluated, and go with CarMax or Carvana, if they try to low ball you on yours. More
