! It's Sunday. I drove to get groceries. The trunk door refused to open from key fob OR from dash button. So I went into store without my carry bags. After shopping I found I still couldn't get rear trunk refused to open from key fob OR from dash button. So I went into store without my carry bags. After shopping I found I still couldn't get rear trunk door to open, so I put groceries on seat behind driver. Driving thru the parking lot, the dash dinged saying the rear door was open and that the panel screen would not be usable that way. I limped home, and tested the fob and dash button again. No use. Then I pressed the trunk door 's button and the door cracked a 1/4". But, as I felt I had caused the original shocks to fail by opening the door with my muscles, I carefully moved the door only about 5". THEN the door slowly raised itself. My question is: do you think I should bring the car back to you to get a CONSISTENT opening door? More

Dell, our Sales Associate was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of their sales team. We were grateful that he accommodated our request to see the vehicle in light of the curfew in place during the as was the rest of their sales team. We were grateful that he accommodated our request to see the vehicle in light of the curfew in place during the BLM protests, and test drive it around the garage structure. As the dealer had also originally sold the vehicle and serviced it for the previous owner, they provided us with all service records, and performed any maintenance needed before we took possession. Their financing approval process was also painless, and allowed us to reserve the vehicle via a finance option and return with cash for the purchase. Overall, a very positive experience from the first phone call to the day we drove our new vehicle home. More
