I have always loved Lexus, but Lexus of Riverside helped make it all happen. I am a first time buyer, but I was treated with the most upright respect I could have asked for. Doug Thompson helped me through the whole process and got me into my gorgeous 2018 Lexus is300. He took real good care of me and has made me feel pressure free about my visit and sale at Lexus. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales representative. Also Danny Meeks helped me with getting a good APR rate and showed me different available options to add to my car. No regrets coming to an actual dealer to buy my new car. Thank you guys so much ! More

Miguel was very attentive and not pushy. He answered all of our questions patiently and with care. I even ended up getting a totally different color than I had initially went there for but he was willing to of our questions patiently and with care. I even ended up getting a totally different color than I had initially went there for but he was willing to pull what was in stock so I could see them all. They worked with us to receive costco discount (rebate) and also cash incentive. The finance department was patient for us to get our insurance as well. It was a better price than 2 other places I visited in Northern California and in Southern California. More

Placed a special order for a new Ultra Luxury ES because GS last year of production. Waited 6 months- mainly covid thing. Vehicle comes in with stuff I didn’t order, and without stuff I ordered. So I still purchase it- but want illuminating door sill/ truck fin that was originally on order. Was told Lexus will build what they want with given packages??? I thought I was the customer that special ordered the vehicle- and then I still paid for extras not ordered- then now told I may not be able to get the trunk fin or lighted door sill I ordered??? So this is customer service? I contacted dealer about this- no response? So this is Riverside Lexus customer service? Not the Riverside Lexus I have previously purchased several vehicles from. Maybe a different dealer for service if Riverside doesn’t resolve this. And I paid the car in cash- so maybe they figure that’s the end of customer service. James and Lucinda Reid More
Purchased a brand new Lexus. Our salesman , Jun, was friendly , courteous and professional. Jun showed us all of the available models and trims. There was absolutely NO pressure. In fact, we didn’t buy a car that day or run any numbers when we went into the dealer to look. It was two days later that I contacted him. Compared to prior auto buying experiences, I didn’t get the annoying day after pressure follow-up calls which I truly appreciated. Jun responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner arranging a day to purchase the vehicle. The finance manager, Danny, was straight to the point and no pressure to buy the extra products. I took one star off because there was no customer parking inside the dealership, you have to park on the street. The water inside the Refrigerator in the customer lounge doesn’t work and the bottled waters were not cold. However, the experience of buying the car was easy and NO pressure. Don from service was amazing when I inquired about future maintenance services. He answered my questions and I am confident our vehicle will be taken care of when it’s serviced. Looking forward to future service at Lexus of Riverisde. After receiving a comment from the dealership I was blown away about the honest appreciation from the dealer to a customer. I liked the fact Elva explained Lexus philosophy. Again , I never owned a Lexus or a luxury car before or had such a great experience from an auto dealership, I must change my 4 stars to 5 stars. I shouldn't deduct a star that is something out of Jun, Danny or Don's control. I love driving our RX350L and enjoying all the technology and features it offers. Thank you Jun, Danny and Don for making my first purchase of a Lexus an ease and comfort knowing I'll be treated beyond expectations when I come in for service . A great dealership to come into. More
