Just picked up my 2024 NX350H today. I wanted to share my experience of the purchase from Lexus of Route 10. My sales consultant Tammy DeBaro is by far the best sales consultant I ever work with. Aside of being extremely patient she was knowledgeable on the vehicles I test drove. Unlike other dealers I worked with in the past I never felt any pressure on making a decision to purchase on the spot. She and her manager Chris Cassallo offered a fair price on my trade-in without haggling. Communication was also exceptional, she kept me inform on the status of my vehicle from start until delivery. Everyone from product specialist (Rich Compito), Finance Specialist (Sean Bryne), service department staff as well as the reception staff are friendly and pleasant to work with. Even though this dealer is 40 miles away from me, I would definitely work with them on my future vehicles purchase as well as getting my car service from them. From start to finish, the team at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and that we were completely satisfied with the purchase. One of the standout members of the team was Duane Rose, the sales associate who worked with us throughout the process. Duane was incredibly friendly and professional, and he made us feel like valued customers from the moment we walked through the door. He listened carefully to our needs and preferences, and he worked diligently to find a car that met all of our criteria and fit within our budget. Is it Consumer Fraud? 1. Even though I bought a brand NEW ES 300h, the air bag part got torn off at the next day after the purchase(pics attached). I told them I would 1. I told them I would return it due to the possible life-threatening safety issue, but the dealer rejected. 2. The dealer made fraud by replacing tires to deceive it is higher model and sold me at much higher price. It is 100% deceptive business practices that caused me enormous financial loss. Even though I have an evidence that the dealer replaced tires for fraud, but the dealer is saying, they did sell me the car as it is from factory. 3. The dealer added extra several thousand dollars from MSRP without telling me about it at all. In conclusion, the dealer cheated me way too much and this is really consumer fraud. More
