Mr. Moon, You have rejected every effort we have made to communicate in a professional and business-like manner, and continued to provide misinformation in every review you threatened to leave. An excellent example of this is the "life-threating" airbag concern, where you are aware an interior panel has simply come loose, which I have never seen do so on its own, and you have been provided with Lexus corporate diagnostic information that shows you have no airbag concern, yet you reference this false condition in these reviews. We have asked repeatedly to speak in person and address these issues, and your insistence on refusing to speak with us and resort to blackmail instead is not how we conduct business. Again, you and your automotive broker you were working with reviewed and approved the contract and no such fraud was committed. We will steadfastly refuse to continue to discuss this via online reviews. Should you wish to discuss this concern in an ethical manner, you have my contact information.

What do you mean? Mr. Brad told me last week that he would reply to me about the issue on Monday (02/06). But he didn't. That's is why I ask public for help. Why are you keep lying? If you answer me honestly the following 2 questions, all will be clear. 1. If I show you the evidence that the tires were replaced at your facility, will you accept my return? or will you admit that your company did consumer fraud? 2.Second, your company added extra several thousand dollars to the invoice without telling me about it at all, right? You are making this simple case complicate by creating stories and avoid main point. This is very simple case and will be cleared once you reply honestly.
