We went to this dealer on Labor Day. It is our first visit. After walking around, I noticed that this dealer has more inventory than other Lexus dealer I went before. We were recommended by friend to sales person Duke Snyder. Duke is very professional and knowledgeable. He offered us a very good price. We bought a new NX350. Their technical personal also provided a full introduction of all features and show how to operate the new feature. I own 2 RX350. But this service was never provided at other dealer. This is very helpful to drive a new car. We are so happy and satisfied of this purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Just moved to NJ and tried this dealership for the first time. The sales person was Debra Amster and was honestly the best salesperson I've dealt with during the past 20 years having purchased/leased 7 Lexu time. Do not take your new car to service here. I took my 2021 Lexus GX460 for 15k miles service here. My car came back with a long scratch on the hood and couple scratches on the sides. I complained and they said that I probably brought the car in like that. I know for sure my car didn’t have any scratches before it went into their shop for service. More

The fact Brad and Wayne took the time to call and explain the issue they were having with some out of state DMV’s and offer to get me in a vehicle speaks to their integrity and excellence. The ratings is what led me to Lexus of Route 10 initially and now I know why they have the ratings they do. I would have took them up on their offer to fix the issue and get a vehicle from them, but I just purchased one a couple days ago. Despite that they offered to assist me if I have any future questions or issues with my vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to call me today and showing excellence in customer service. Your customers are fortunate to have you all in leadership. I would highly recommend the dealership to purchase a Lexus. Class act dealership and management! Original review: Was on the verge of purchasing a RX350 from the dealership and was coming from Virginia. Worked out my days off and transportation to NJ all day. The salesman worked with me and communicated with me throughout the process. Later that afternoon I received a call from the salesman who tells me his manager won’t sell cars to Virginia, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and some other states. Apparently they don’t want to deal with the DMV’s in those states. I don’t blame the salesman which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 star. However, I do blame the manager and the dealership. How do you not make your salesman aware of not selling to some out of state buyers due to issues with DMV. At least have that listed on the website so time is not being wasted. At a minimum make your salesman aware of such policy changes. More
