The fact Brad and Wayne took the time to call and explain the issue they were having with some out of state DMV’s and offer to get me in a vehicle speaks to their integrity and excellence. The ratings is what led me to Lexus of Route 10 initially and now I know why they have the ratings they do. I would have took them up on their offer to fix the issue and get a vehicle from them, but I just purchased one a couple days ago. Despite that they offered to assist me if I have any future questions or issues with my vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to call me today and showing excellence in customer service. Your customers are fortunate to have you all in leadership. I would highly recommend the dealership to purchase a Lexus. Class act dealership and management! Original review: Was on the verge of purchasing a RX350 from the dealership and was coming from Virginia. Worked out my days off and transportation to NJ all day. The salesman worked with me and communicated with me throughout the process. Later that afternoon I received a call from the salesman who tells me his manager won’t sell cars to Virginia, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and some other states. Apparently they don’t want to deal with the DMV’s in those states. I don’t blame the salesman which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 star. However, I do blame the manager and the dealership. How do you not make your salesman aware of not selling to some out of state buyers due to issues with DMV. At least have that listed on the website so time is not being wasted. At a minimum make your salesman aware of such policy changes. More
I purchased a 2020 RX450h from this dealership yesterday (3-10-2022). Duke Snyder was my sales person. He handled the transaction with the utmost professionalism and respect. It was a pleasure dealing with Duke as well as the Finance Manager Juan Gonzalez and the Tech guru Mike Murphy. We had such a good experience working with Christine and the rest of the people at Lexus of Route 10. We did not buy the day of our test drive and wanted to mull it over. His patience, compassion and knowledge is beyond incredible ! Tammy is well learned in the details and specifications of each vehicle. The staff from finance (Ernest Gomez) to tech support were great. I walked in uncertain and walked out with just what I wanted and needed. I highly recommend Celebrity Lexus of Route 10. I have not had the same level of customer service anywhere else. Great experience working with Angela Malanga as I bought this car sight unseen from 1800 miles away. Follow through on the purchase was easy and she always remained in contact with me during the buying and shipping process, even overseeing the loading of the car onto the truck. Will talk with her again when looking for my next Lexus. More
